  • An in-depth discussion of your personal health history and any previous diagnoses, where we explore your current symptoms, nutrition, movement, sleep patterns, and stress levels.
    We also take into account your emotional and mental wellbeing, as well as your personal health goals, to get an idea of the whole picture, not just of individual symptoms. 

    Through the conversation, I will start to identify possible root causes and will begin to create a personalized treatment protocol as well as a general roadmap.

    An intake session is always the first step, as it allows me to gain a full understanding of your health, lifestyle, and goals. Only in the case of a clearly defined single issue can a one-time consultation be booked without a prior intake.

Many people take too many supplements or use products based on recommendations from friends or online sources without considering quality, safety, or effectiveness. In this session, we evaluate what you are taking and develop a personalized plan that is truly beneficial for you because everybody is different!

    This can include planning for specific situations such as travel, flu season, fitness goals, or preconception. Ensure your supplementation is safe, effective, and aligned with your health goals.

  • These price ranges are provided as a guideline to give you an idea. Costs may vary depending on your individual situation. I only recommend testing when it’s likely to provide meaningful new insights that can guide your personalized health plan.

    • Gut testing: ~€80 – €450

    • Blood testing: ~€80 – €400 (I try to work with your GP so this can be covered by insurance whenever possible)

    • Hormonal testing: ~€110 – €450

    • Mineral testing (HMA): ~€150

    • Lipid index: ~€80 – €200

    • DNA testing: ~€113 – €600

Consultations may be partially reimbursed by Dutch health insurance, depending on your provider and supplementary package.

  • I can provide invoices suitable for reimbursement

  • Consultations fall under the alternative medicine budget/orthomolecular medicine

  • No referral from a GP is required

  • You are responsible for checking your own coverage
